1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Leadz Bot AI platform ("Service") at leadzbotai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including account holders, administrators, and end users of embedded widgets.

2. Description of Service

Leadz Bot AI provides an AI-powered chatbot platform including lead capture, appointment scheduling, voice receptionist, and CRM integration features. Features available to you depend on your selected subscription plan.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

3.1 Subscription Plans

Leadz Bot AI offers monthly and annual subscription plans. All subscriptions grant access to the Service for the duration of the billing period selected at signup.

3.2 Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew. Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days. Annual subscriptions renew every 12 months. Your payment method on file will be charged automatically at the start of each new billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Leadz Bot AI to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

3.3 Monthly Contracts

Monthly subscriptions are billed on a month-to-month basis. There is no long-term commitment — you may cancel at any time (see Section 4). Your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

3.4 Annual Contracts

Annual subscriptions are offered at a discounted rate in exchange for a 12-month commitment. Annual contracts are binding for the full 12-month term. If you subscribe to an annual plan, you are committing to the full year regardless of whether you cancel during that period. Early cancellation of an annual plan does not entitle you to a refund, partial refund, or pro-rated credit for any unused portion of the annual term. Your access will continue until the end of the 12-month period for which you have paid, after which the subscription will not renew.

3.5 No Refunds for Prepaid Services

All fees paid to Leadz Bot AI are non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions. Once a billing cycle has started — whether monthly or annual — no refunds or credits will be issued for that period, including in cases of non-use, partial-month usage, plan downgrades, or early cancellation. Prepaid subscription fees are earned upon payment and are final.

3.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price change via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@leadzbotai.com.

4.2 Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel, your subscription will not renew at the next billing date. You will retain full access to the Service through the end of your current paid billing period — whether that is the remainder of your current month (for monthly plans) or the remainder of your current 12-month term (for annual plans). Access is not cut off immediately upon cancellation.

4.3 Annual Plan Cancellation

Cancelling an annual plan stops future renewal but does not terminate your current annual contract early. You will not receive a refund or credit for unused months remaining in the annual term. The subscription ends at the conclusion of the 12-month period for which payment was made.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive content.
• Collect personal data without proper consent from end users.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Leadz Bot AI platform — including software, design, trademarks, and AI models — are owned by or licensed to Leadz Bot AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your internal business purposes.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create within the platform (e.g., business knowledge, custom prompts, lead data). By using the Service, you grant Leadz Bot AI a limited license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the Service. We do not use your business data to train general AI models.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party tools such as Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Twilio, and various CRM platforms. Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. Leadz Bot AI is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. AI-GENERATED RESPONSES ARE AUTOMATED AND MAY NOT ALWAYS BE ACCURATE — YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING AND SUPERVISING AI OUTPUT IN YOUR BUSINESS CONTEXT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEADZ BOT AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leadz Bot AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the platform. Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued. You may terminate your account at any time by following the cancellation process in Section 4.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or dashboard notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
